Huayu Enrichment Scholarship (HES)
A Taiwan MOE scholarship for foreign nationals to study Mandarin in Taiwan through eligible short or longer Huayu courses with a monthly stipend; Thai applicants should monitor the Taiwan office in Thailand for each cycle.
Eligibility
Foreign nationals aged at least 18 who completed secondary or post-secondary study and have strong academic and conduct records; applications are submitted through the responsible ROC overseas office.
