Operation and Technical Support Intern
Support Banpu’s customer-contact and technical-service operations by classifying and routing requests, coordinating case resolution, tracking service tickets, preparing operational reports, and analyzing data to improve service efficiency.
Eligibility
University students in business administration, engineering, operations management, communications, information technology, or a related field. Good Thai and basic English, with availability to work onsite at Banpu’s Bangkok head office.
