Eligibility
Entrants above the age of majority in their country of residence may participate; the official rules exclude Italy, Quebec, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Sudan, Belarus, Russia, and other U.S.-sanctioned jurisdictions, not Thailand.
